The UG Team defines strategies and owns the execution for growth marketing activities across the Bytedance product portfolio.


The Creative Product & Service team provides an industry-leading platform to manage the entire creative lifecycle, from procurement, to editing, review, analysis, and lifecycle management.

As a team, we own and improve creative lifecycle management:

we strive to increase the impact of creatives, the efficiency of the creative lifecycle, and the safety of all creative work.


  • Build the User Growth Creative Mid-Platform to support the growth of products like TikTok, Lemon8, Helo, Fizzo, etc.;
  • Define strategies to improve lifecycle management and creative tools, to enable more effective growth marketing;
  • Participate in building the creative risk management system to ensure safety;
  • Participate in building the global creative supply network, and the supply management eco-system.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or above, 3 years of relevant work experience; Growth Marketing, Creatives, and Supply Chain Management experience are a plus;
  • Self-motivated, curious, and good at cooperating with multiple teams to achieve goals;
  • Business proficiency in English, and good communication skills.
