Procurement Administrator - Singapore - Recruit Specialists (RS)
Description
Sourcing and selecting suppliers/vendors based on quality, price, delivery, and service.- Negotiating contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and pricing.
- Managing relationships with existing suppliers and identifying potential new suppliers.
- Liaise with Suppliers on defective goods and take corrective action.
- Maintain minimum supply inventory levels and negotiate any emergency deals with vendors.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders, such as production, logistics, and finance, to ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
- Analyzing market trends and conducting research to identify costsaving opportunities and improve procurement strategies.
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Perform daily filling of documents.
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings and events.
- To perform other administrative tasks and adhoc duty from management when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Purchasing & Material Control or Business Administration or its equivalents.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Up to $4,000.00 per month
