Description

We are assisting our client, an established IT Solutions Provider providing digital transformation solutions to enterprises, to hire a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer.

You should be highly motivated and will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing IT infrastructure of the customers. This position requires a strong technical background, including server and storage systems, virtualization, networking, security, and monitoring.

Responsibilities:

• Deploy, configure, and maintain Wintel servers (especially Dell servers), VMware virtualization platform, Microsoft server products, and Symantec security software.
• Configure, manage, and maintain Cisco switches and firewall devices, as well as Fortigate and A10 load balancers.
• Develop and maintain scripts and automation tools to optimize IT infrastructure.
• Manage and maintain Tibco, BeyondTrust, Splunk, PRTG monitoring, and Luna Network technologies.
• Configure and maintain KeySecure for key management and encryption.
• Collaborate with other teams to design and implement solutions that meet the business requirements.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to the IT infrastructure.
• Conduct server hardening of both Windows and Linux systems.
• Conduct server hardening of both Windows and Linux systems.
• Work on a 24/7 on-call rotation and be available for occasional after-hours maintenance and upgrades.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering.
• Experience with Wintel servers (especially Dell servers), VMware, Microsoft server products, Symantec, Cisco switches and firewall devices, Fortigate and A10 load balancers.
• Experience with Tibco, BeyondTrust, Splunk, PRTG monitoring, and Luna Network technologies.
• Experience with scripting and automation tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Offer is subject to Singapore Government G50 Clearance.
