    JOB DESCRIPTION

    The APAC Revenue Strategy and Operations (RSO) team builds and guides the strategic focus areas of the APAC Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Sales team, with the goal of driving growth and productivity. By working with GCS Sales leadership, APAC RSO leads both short-term and long-term initiatives that result in tangible impact for the sales teams and our customers.

    Qualifications

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Partner with regional leadership teams to identify strategic opportunities and drive advocacy for regional needs with central teams. Serve as a thought leader on growth opportunities across GCS teams.
    • Involve, align and manage cross-functional stakeholders across teams and markets, in order to successfully shape, launch, and land sales program/tools priorities.
    • Enable and empower your team to successfully identify and prioritize feedback and solutions that will drive growth for the APAC GCS Sales business. Partner with your AMER and EMEA counterparts to influence the highest priority recommendations globally.
    • Lead the team to deliver on strategic business goals and operational priorities.
    • Lead regional deployment of sales program launches/pilots, and ensure landings by building out effective comms and go-to-market activations.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • 15 years of experience in consulting, tech, or relevant business leadership.
    • Experience managing teams, building team culture, and cultivating talent.
    • Ability to communicate in English fluently to collaborate with colleagues and complete tasks and projects.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • MBA degree.
    • Deep knowledge of Google's Ads products, sales teams, and/or service operations as well as the customer and competitive contexts in which they operate.
    • Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, high energy, constantly evolving team environment.
    • Excellent communication and presentation development skills with the ability to take complex, ambiguous topics and turn them into stories that influence an audience.
