    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities
    • Nearest MRT: Downtown MRT
    • Working hours: 730am to 5pm / 9am to 630pm / 12pm to 930pm (rotating shift)
    • Working days: 5 days including weekends

    Job Description:

    • Provide assistance at entry points while maintaining a sophisticated presence in customer-centric areas.
    • Deliver swift, personalized service to create unforgettable experiences, attentively noting and acting upon individual preferences.
    • Address tenant concerns promptly, utilizing feedback to enhance overall satisfaction.
    • Share local insights to meet customer requests, including information on events, attractions, and dining options.
    • Establish rapid yet robust relationships with customers/tenants of diverse backgrounds, meeting their unique cultural needs adeptly.
    • Tailor service experiences specifically for C-Suite or equivalent customers/tenants.
    • Be adaptable to support in other ad-hoc duties as needed.

    Requirements

    • Minimum O' level , with customer service experience
    • Experienced in handle difficult situations / clients
    • Willing to work on weekends & public holidays when required
    • Able to start immediately or within short notice
