At the moment we have a vacancy for the Contract position of Lead ICT Engineer. Interested? And do you have the necessary experience?

Job description:

Managing the technical deliverables of Engineering Contractors for basic engineering and detailed design, as well as the technical deliverables of Package Vendors.
Planning and defining the scope of work for refurbishment and life extension related to ICT, which may involve site inspections and documentation gathering.
Preparing project-specific technical specifications and drawings in accordance with Client, Company, and Classification Society requirements.
Ensuring compliance of all contractors and vendors meet Client / Classification Society, basis of technical requirements, design and corporate specifications.
Ensuring that contractors and vendors meet contractual, Classification Society, and technical requirements related to ICT engineering
Developing and maintaining a deviation request list with concerning all client specifications.
Responsible for ensuring development and consolidation of ICT-discipline engineering registers/lists, using input from the other disciplines.
Assist in interface engineering registers, P&IDs, calculations and drawings.
Providing technical discipline support to EIT System/E-House Contractor together with the EIT Package Manager.
Troubleshooting during construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up.
Focusing on achieving timely and cost-effective results for the project.
Ensure adherence to project budgets, minimize life cycle costs, and maintain the project schedule.
Will be required to manage the Engineering Contractors and Equipment Vendors, monitor their progress, and take corrective action if any deviations occur.
Interaction with the client and ensure the execution of the ICT discipline engineering scope of work in line with legal obligations, contract terms, technical requirements, and company policy.
Provide support to engineering contractors and equipment/package vendors and coordinate resolution of multi-discipline problems by coordinating with other discipline engineers and project engineering management team.
Self-improvement and advancement by keeping track of emerging methodologies and absorbing new practices.
Solving engineering problems holistically and coordinate discipline issues between relevant parties.
Provide input to progress reporting, participate in audits and reviews, interact with non-technical disciplines, and perform other tasks assigned by the Engineering Manager.
Required to travel to various locations as required, onshore and offshore.

Job requirements:

Experienced in ICT Discipline Engineering >10 years
Good working knowledge of FPSO ICT System all aspects of associated ICT discipline engineering for FPSOs.
Well experience using Microsoft office (Word, Excel)
Experience using Navisworks
Good proficiency of International Standards and Class requirements
