Description

ResponbilitiesPerform maintenance and inspection activities on plant equipment.

Lead and execute major equipment repair, troubleshooting, predictive maintenance programs, collect data, analyze, generate report and recommend corrective actions/improvements to reduce equipment failures.

Prepare reports and documentation by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
Validate and confirm equipment performance by designing feasibility inspection and testing methods, testing properties and equipment monitoring parameters.
Assess the acceptability of equipment rework/installation through inspections of reworked equipment and new installation jobs.

Support project design, construction, and commissioning by actively participating in commissioning activities, engage in discussions with vendors, supervisors, and engineers regarding equipment improvements and modifications.

Lead in continuous improvement initiatives, troubleshooting of complex problems and lead in (IRS/QAR) investigations/root cause analysis and write investigation report for approval related to equipment issues.

RequirementsDiploma or Degree in Engineering related qualificationsDemonstrated capability to thrive in a complex and matrix environmentExperience with Root Cause Failure Analysis, Equipment Criticality Ranking, PM/PdM optimization, and/or Failure Modes and Effects AnalysisTan Cheu Hoon, Fenny EA
