Premier Sous Chef, Luxury Five-Star Hotel, Singapore**
Salary up to SGD 10,000 per month, (USD 7,470 per month)
We are looking for a
Hotel Head Chef / Premier Sous Chef to work and collaborate with the Hotels Executive Sous Chef for the day to day running the kitchen operation within this Luxury Hotel.

- We are hiring for a Five-Star luxury hotel
- The hotel is part of an international brand
- Well regarded in Singapore
Things you will be doing as a Hotel Head Chef:
- Reports to the Executive Sous Chef
- Responsible for training new kitchen staff
- Controlling and directing the food preparation
- Keep track of all the kitchen equipment and inventory
- Provide regular feedback and suggest improvements they need
- Responsible for making sure the health and safety regulations are being met
- Planning and tasting the food being prepared in the kitchen
- Responsible for overseeing the plating and the presentation of the dishes
Will be a great fit if you have:
- At least 2 years as a Chef de Cuisine or Head Chef
- International Experience is required in Europe, Asia and the Middle East
- Experience in all day dining buffet restaurant in a Luxury Hotel
- Team management skills
- High level of attention to detail
- The willingness to embrace new ideas and processes
- Positive and approachable manner
