Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver learning programmes in accordance with policies and curriculum framework.
• Set up provocations, engaging learning environments that draws interest in inquiry and learning.
• Make learning visible, document learning with an aim to providing periodic feedback to parents.
• Manage the classroom with children's safety as the foremost consideration.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents to foster close home-school partnership.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with children and other staff.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Passionate and responsible individuals who value the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with children.
• Patient and enthusiastic around children, someone who has a natural knack for managing children.
• Educational Qualifications recognised by the Singapore Early Childhood Development Agency.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English.
• Professionally competent, keeps up with CPD and embraces lifelong learning.
• Must be able to identify with and articulate our core values.
