- Promote and sell Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders, including distributors and healthcare professionals.
- Pursue leads, assess needs, and provide product services to maximize benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services.
- Promote and establish education of the company's products and/or services.
- Conduct market research, including customers and competitors' activities.
- Implement market development plans/strategies and make changes as needed.
- Communicate customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 0-2 years of experience required with introductory knowledge of company products and services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Experience in sales, especially medical sales, is an advantage but not required.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and medical products is beneficial but not required.
