Requirements:

Possess a degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related fields.
1 to 3 years of experience in database design and administration in supporting onpremise and Cloud database infrastructure solutions.
Preferably with professional certification in the areas of AWS/Azure/GCP/Oracle Database/Microsoft SQL Server.
Possess advanced technical skills in major database platforms, e.g. MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL and Postgres hosted both onpremise and public Cloud.
Proficient in database design with High Availability/Disaster Recovery capability, provisioning and support; including resolution of complex performance and functional database related issues which require coordination with other teams (Network, Security. Server, Storage, etc.).
Provide streamlined operational support to databases including patching, upgrade, migration, reorganization, performance tuning, monitoring and ensuring database compliance with IT security standards, policies and procedures.
Possess advanced knowledge of scripting in database workflows and processes automation.
Ensure compliance with IT security standards, policies and procedures.
Good understanding of ITIL processes, with experience in an ITIL based environment.

Strong analytical, written and communication skills
