- Day to day receipt of materials from suppliers.
- Physical checks on the materials upon receipt.
- Item detailed checks and photo taking.
- Packing of materials to be fit for shipment.
- Be accountable for items packed into boxes.
- Draft a packing list for each packed box.
- Assist Asst Ops Manager in keeping records of the inventory materials in the warehouse and open yard.
- To do receiving on Oracle inventory system.
- To ensure there are no mis-shipment and all materials are accounted.
- To supervise or attend to loading and offloading of materials at warehouse/open yard.
- To attend to inspectors conducting offsite inspection warehouse/open yard.
- To coordinate trailer, crane and forklift bookings.
- Day to day yard and warehouse maintenance.
- Carry out simple equipment preservation works as requested.
- Assist Asst Ops Manager in ensuring HSQE requirements are satisfied.
- To be on standby during Public Holidays for any operational emergency.
- All other adhoc duties as instructed by direct supervisor
