- Enhance employee experience at Singapore AMEA HQ through operational excellence and cultural initiatives. Lead Country Squad and contribute to BU Squad for continuous improvements, issue resolutions, SLA investigations, and compliances.
- Provide guidance to People Managers and Employees on self-service utilization. Educate Senior Stakeholders including AMEA LT and SEA LT members on People processes, self-service, and workday adoption.
- Drive process efficiency and continuous improvement for a high-quality experience and key metric delivery (self-service/MTM etc.).
- Offer local market insights, legal updates, and business requirements on Singapore HR policies. Collaborate with relevant workstreams and policy owners to design and introduce policies/benefits.
- Collaborate with Global Mobility and WLE team on HR requirements for foreign workers, work pass management, and hire to retire compliances.
- Invest in enhancing business understanding and capability for the People Experience and Service Delivery team.
- Ensure compliance with GSCP HR protocols. Partner with GSCP Governance lead and Corp Tax on protocol governance, audits, and capability.
- Meet EDB headcount commitments in the GSCP structure. Proactively forecast headcount, identify risks, and create mitigation plans. Ensure optimal roles placement aligned with SG talent and tax considerations.
- Ensure AMEA GSCP model compliance for organizational structures and reporting line changes.
- Lead HR aspects of regional strategic projects for AMEA, including Mergers/ Acquisitions/ Divestitures.
- Act as the key contact and authority in people-related topics for Singapore. Provide solutions for project-based or ad-hoc regional/global requirements.
