An exciting opportunity to join a growing UK media company to be part of an expansion plan for the Finance department in the APAC region

About the Position:

This regional finance role assists in ensuring accurate financial reporting and prompt cash collection. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will collaborate with regional managers and external partners to manage various financial processes. Responsibilities include data analysis, communication, budgeting, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with regional managers to manage financial processes for partner agreements in the APAC region.
• Analyze and reconcile financial data using specialized software.
• Manage invoice distribution, collections, and credit control procedures.
• Assist with managing withholding tax processes and documentation to optimize tax efficiency.
• Contribute to local budget and forecast preparation, aligning with group and individual partner needs.
• Stay informed about relevant regulations and policies.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in an AR role, experience in royalities will be a plus.
• Strong analytical and data management skills (experience with VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at collaboration.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
