Summary of the Role:
The Senior Facility Engineer (SFE) will report to the Maintenance Facility Manager.

This individual will oversee plant and facility engineering and maintenance to maintain seamless manufacturing operations in a safe, high-quality environment with excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the response to facilities and equipment breakdowns, managing a team of technicians for inspections, plant maintenance, and repairs.
Regularly inspect all installations and equipment to ensure timely maintenance.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and codes for infrastructure and facilities.
Conduct root cause analysis and recommend improvements for planned maintenance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Facility Building Management. Alternatively, candidates with extensive experience and relevant diplomas are welcome.
Strong technical background with hands-on experience and project management skills.
Prior experience in manufacturing or semiconductor industries, particularly in facility equipment like chillers, compressors, AHUs, and boilers.
Proven track record in large-scale manufacturing facility management.
Skills in budget management, financial analysis, integrity, and a sense of urgency.
Charismatic personality with strong leadership and team-playing abilities.
Excellent time management skills and discipline.
