- Salary: $ depending on experience
- Working hours: 5days work week (10.30am to 7.30pm daily)
- Location: 5 mins from Tai Seng MRT/ 5 mins away from Marsiling Branch

- To provide intermediate diagnostic, support and troubleshooting for computer devices
- Ensure that all repairs go through a stringent quality check process.
- Answer phone calls with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Customer oriented. Able to answer customer inquiries by providing solution and recommendation for initial diagnostic
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair laptop, desktop, ipad, Macbook, iMac etc
- Able to work Independently and ensure daily KPI and outstanding cases are followed through
- Requirements
- Familiar with Apple OSX & Windows OS
- Hardware repair and software troubleshooting
- Must possess at least Higher secondary education
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Beginner or Intermediate computing devices repair experience
- An educational/professional background in IT is a bonus but not a strict requirement.
