Job Description:


The Change Manager / Problem Manager is accountable to ensure a seamless, efficient, and effective end-to-end implementation and execution of assigned ITIL processes.


  • Own and run the Change Advisory Board
  • Ensure that changes are properly documented, assessed, approved and executed, according to the current process
  • Ensure that problem records are logged, assigned and analysed with adequate quality criteria, evaluating and raising risks if needed
  • Document and improve assigned processes, in coordination with process engineering team
  • Implement and report relevant process KPIs and Key Controls, supporting internal and external audits
  • Interact with internal stakeholders and clients for critical changes and problems, if needed
  • Support the delivery team as Manager on Duty, if needed
  • Ensure the effective and efficient management of all aspects of service delivery towards the clients in strict and structured collaboration with the internal stakeholder, respecting the agreed communication process, SLA in place, established security policies, published processes and Global Strategy.
  • Coordinate with the operational units the escalations, incidents and root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate in a great way to continuously improve services.
  • Ensure the monitoring, delivery and variance explanation of service operational metrics.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science or at least 1012 years of practical experience in IT Service Management
  • ITIL Certification
  • Proven track record with managerial or technical leadership experience in IT Operations support services
  • Solid experience in incident and problem management
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking, as well as the ability to grasp and document abstract and complex matters
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, persistence, passion and striving for new challenges
  • Strong result orientation and stress resistance
  • Teamwork and ability to share knowledge with the team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
