Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team. As a Store Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our massage parlor. You will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, managing staff, and maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the massage parlor.

Manage and motivate a team of massage therapists and receptionists.

Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all clients.

Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.

Schedule staff shifts and manage employee performance.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.

Adhere to health and safety regulations.

Assist in marketing and promotional activities to drive business growth.

Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily sales reports.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the wellness or hospitality industry.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of massage therapy techniques and spa operations is a plus.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
