Nitec or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent

At least on year experience in sales/customer service ( Fresh graduate can be consider)

Electrical Knowledge

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high adaptability and positive attitude

Preparing Marketing Kit for Service / Product Presentation to decision makers when necessary.

Able to liaise with English & Mandarin Speaking clients.

For Project Coordinator (Electrician)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Your functions and responsibilities consist but not limited to the following:

1) Your job and responsibilities include support sales personnel for pre-sales activities, proposing solution that suits customer needs & resolve related solution for site preparation, installation, start-up, commissioning, repair and maintenance of Electrical Power System, Structural cabling, Fire suppression system, UPS, Security Access and CCTV Monitoring System etc.

2) To supervise and oversee the work progress of project sites. This includes attending to site meeting, coordinating with appointed sub-contractors of various services to see to a smooth completion of projects.

3) You will be assisting the Electrical Service Department in providing technical support to our staff, customers and dealers.

4) Prepare and maintain all project management documentation in accordance to company's best practices.

5) Planning and monitoring the project to ensure successful completion within planned timeline as well as status of progress-in-work and report all matters related to project and services.

6) You are required to perform a complete in-house testing of Power equipments.

Answer and attend to service calls, fault-finding, repair and trouble-shooting of Electrical System and Power equipment malfunction.

7) Establish and maintain excellent relationships with the customer project team, supplier, sub-contractors and clients.

8) Coordinate and liaise with PEs and/or site supervisors on detail drawings, layout planning and understanding of site requirements.

9) Prepare, submit and follow up with applications to the relevant authorities or building management where required.

10) Preparation of electrical products data & engineering drawing in AutoCAD (2D, 3D).

11) You may be assigned with other job duties and functions as may be instructed from time to time by your superior or the management.
