What the role is

  • You can expect ample opportunities to work with public sector leaders and a range of stakeholders to address strategic challenges, which include the following:
  • Strengthen our national identity and resilience through the strategic resourcing of arts and heritage, sports, youth engagement programmes
  • Build an inclusive and caring society, through programmes which foster volunteerism and philanthropy
  • Preserve social cohesion and community bonding through the strategic resourcing of programmes which foster common spaces and strengthen mutual understanding in a multicultural society

What you will be working on

  • On a daytoday basis, you will review, formulate and implement budget and financial policies. You will also evaluate the financial viability and business cases of national programmes. You will also work with the relevant teams to develop strategies and policies which will ensure programme outcomes are achieved efficiently.

What we are looking for

  • Background in Economics, Finance/ Statistics/ Accounting, Business or Public Policy is an advantage, but not necessary
  • Passion for public policy work
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Enjoys working in a dynamic and fastpaced environment
