Roles & ResponsibilitiesThe Quality Engineer - Precision EngineeringThe Quality Engineer is required to have strong communication skills, good teamwork and an analytical mind to perform his/her role well to achieve the desired organisational outcomes and to ensure the compliance of products & processes as per QMS- Review of customer quality documentation requirements;

Review of material certificates with respect to customer requirements for incoming raw material. Prepare quality notes for any deviation requests related to WIP in accordance with QMS / requirements & follow up approval with customer. Participate in internal / external audit on systems and processes
Maintain quality KPI data & graphical charts. Perform analysis for continuous improvements & to achieve set goals / quality objectives. Participate in MRB for product nonconformance
Work with the team / supplier to resolve nonconformance issues
Conduct training to the team
Enforce practices of good safety culture and good manufacturing practices. Ensure all quality plans are properly documented and maintained. Facilitate the implementation of quality system in the organisation. Review inspection Report, COC before releasing to customers
Monitoring quality control and assurance processes

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors / Diploma in Engineering / Quality Assurance with minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience
Ability to read mechanical drawings & customer quality specifications
Knowledge in CNC Milling/Turning processes will be added advantage
Good communication skills in English (Both written & verbal)
Experience with ISO 9001 and AS9100 systems and management preferred
A good team player, energetic and willingness to learn with additional efforts
