Description
**Responsibilites: - Manage all contract and communications in regards to the Town Council- Organise documents and records of matters pertaining to Town Council
- Advise and arrange insurance policies on behalf and as directed by the Town Council.
- Inform the Town Council upon receiving notices from relevant authories or individuals.
- Mange the use of common facilities on behalf of the Town Council.
- Issue notices to individuals to comply with Town Council bylaws where breaches occur.
Requirements:
- Min GCE O Level with 1 Year of Administrative Support experience.
- Has an eye for detail and possess a dynamic, committed attitude with strong sense of initiative
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Working hours : Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm, Alternate Sat 8.30am to 12pm (5.25 days work week) (AWS and VB bonouses provided)
