- Basic up to $2,500 - $3,200
- Working Timing: 5 days per week including weekend
- Location: Tuas (Near Tuas Checkpoint)
- Assist Sous-Chef work in daily kitchen operation
- Cook meals according to recipe
- Ensure quality and safety of cooked meals
- Supervise team of Catering Assistants
- Responsible for kitchen cleanliness and hygiene
- Others duties assigned by Sous-Chef
- Min 2 year chef experience working in F&B or line cooking
- Hands-on experience cooking South Asian, Western and Local cuisines
- WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1, if available
- Able to work in shifts
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
