Purchasing Executive/purchaser - Singapore - ONE VOGUE PTE. LTD.
Description
Conducting research on potential suppliers in term of quality and price to secure best deal.- In charge of issuing purchase order and maintain updated record of purchased products.
- Liaising with delivery and warehouse team in monitoring order shipment and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled.
- Identify damaged or defective goods and work out an alternative solution with the supplier.
- Monitor stock levels and verify purchase requisitions.
- Assist in administrative duties if require.
Job Requirement:
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Solid knowledge and understanding of purchasing process
- Familiar with Ms Office Application
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Accurate and precise attention to detail
