Supporting the development, review, and implementation of innovative data strategies for Keppel Group's portfolio of assets

Working in partnership with business teams and portfolio managers to identify opportunities to source and utilize data that can drive growth and productivity
Gathering, evaluating and unifying requirements from key stakeholders of the asset management division to define performance indicators and quality metrics
Facilitating stakeholders in identifying technology challenges and supporting them in defining project requirements
Summarizing and communicating requirements to internal or external technical development teams, while supporting them with feedback and managing stakeholder expectations during implementation
Preparing, consolidating and presenting periodic reports to key stakeholders

JOB REQUIREMENTS

A curious data enthusiast with a passion for strategy, technology and problem solving
Degree in business, real estate, engineering or equivalent disciplines (MBA preferred)
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in a role with exposure to data and insights
Excellent communicator with proven stakeholder management experience
Strategic and critical thinking mindset with ability to articulate concepts, strategies and challenges to business and technology teams
Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of data lifecycle and data management techniques
Selfstarter having the ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
Excellent business reporting and Powerpoint presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualisation software such as Power BI preferred.
