Description
Remuneration Package:
- Up to $3500 Perm role with AWS and Bonus
Role:
- Procuring supplies and services for inhouse customers in accordance with procurement guidelines.
- Develop Vendor database, conduct selection, assessment and performance process
- Execute all purchases in compliance with the Company procurement Policy and Procedure.
- Administrate and execute RFQ/RFP/Tender process as part of the procurement tools.
- Monitor contracts and vendors to ensure quality, pricing and delivery objectives are met
- Participating in contract tendering process and monitoring supply contracts expiry date and triggering renewal or tender process.
- Monitoring the inventory of office supplies and maintaining a healthy stock level.
- Equipping staff with PPE for onboarding and annual issue.\
Requirement:
- Diploma or Bachelor in any Business Management, Procurement, Logistics or any relevant.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement is added advantages.
- No experience can consider as training provided.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Knowledge in SAP, WMS and ePRO
