Job Description:

We are hiring for a versatile team member who will take on a multifaceted role. This dynamic position involves project execution, from initiation to finalization, as well as providing support after implementation. The incumbent will serve as the primary representative of the company to clients, ensuring favourable customer interactions and addressing client requirements. The ideal candidate should demonstrate outstanding communication abilities, project management expertise, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

· Serve as the primary liaison for customers throughout the project lifecycle, from the deployment phase and subsequent operational period.

· Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to devise comprehensive project plans delineating tasks, timelines, and resource allocations.

· Manage the onboarding process for new clients, facilitating a seamless transition to our platform, updating user manuals, and tailoring training sessions to suit specific client requirements.

· Conduct regular site visits to oversee the implementation of our solutions. Sites are typically rugged and remote such as in factories and construction sites. Candidates should be comfortable in such environments.

· Foster and sustain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, ensuring the attainment of desired outcomes with our products and services.

· Effectively engage with clients to comprehend their evolving needs and challenges.

· Advocate for client interests within the company by conveying feedback to the product development team and championing the integration of new features or enhancements based on client feedback.

· Monitor client usage and engagement levels, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.

· Conduct assessments to gather feedback from clients and internal teams, pinpointing areas for process enhancements and drawing insights from lessons learned.

· Maintain documentations for rollout, operations, and training for clients, ensuring a thorough grasp of our products and maximizing their utilization.
