    Roles & Responsibilities

    Our client, a prominent video game development company recognized for its creation of captivating mobile games, has a track record of launching three successful titles, each attracting over 20 million players worldwide. They are in search of a Player Support Specialist to address players' queries and assist in community management.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide timely support to customers and answer their queries.
    • Ensure all issues and feedback are properly logged in the support ticketing system.
    • Know our games inside out and ensure all player queries are addressed appropriately.
    • Follow up and reply to store reviews.
    • Support community engagement initiatives
    • Compiling reports and delivering updates on community sentiment and other related community insights.

    Requirements:

    • Passionate about gaming
    • Typing speed minimum of 50 WPM
    • Ability to communicate in Mandarin fluently to communicate with internal stakeholders in China.
