Job Highlights

• Regional/APAC role

• Sourcing and Return Businesses

• Specialized in region hardware and services businesses.

What the Candidate is expected to do

• GTM for APAC

• Plan and work with internal stake holders for sales and process.

• Plan and work with external vendors for solution and integration with internal system

• Propose, discuss and implement measures for managed services in APAC.

• Co-ordinate and resolve any potential risk, escalation and day02 support.

• Work with sales team for a comprehensive win solution(s)

• Plan

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in service delivery management or other relevant IT experience(s), such as developing IT processes, information flow, associated reports, and applications for defined service domain

• Certified in PMP/PM2, or ITIL V3 or later

• Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization in both English and Mandarin

• Experience of delivering solutions using Agile methodologies like Kanban, Lean, Continuous Delivery, XP, etc.

• Strong experience in leading Scrum Teams in a scaled environment including remote teams and external dependency management

• Practical experience in an Cloud Managed Services business

• Fundamental knowledge of Networking, Hosting & Hardware technologies and solutions

• Bachelor's Degree or greater or equivalent experiences
