Job Description & Requirements:


Job Responsibility

  • Material and Equipment Control
  • Leading and Managing of workers and subcontractors on site
  • Supervise workers to ensure that work is done safely and with productivity
  • Communicate and cooperate with Project Manager and site team to report project status on a regular basis
  • Assist and support engineers in the work assigned

Job Requirements:


  • Possess a National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCSS) and at least 5 years of similar capacity relevant working experience in the building construction industry; or
  • Possess a recognised Diploma in Architecture/Civil/Structural/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Science, Building Management, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management and at least 3 years of relevant working experience in the building construction industry; or
  • Possess a Degree (foreign university) in Architecture/Civil/Structural/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Science, Building Management, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management and at least 2 years of relevant working experience in the local building construction industry; or
  • Relevant working experience of minimum 15 years working in past HDB projects
