Senior Manager, Operations:

Job responsibilities:

Manage all commercial operation as primarily role, providing leadership and direction within the department in line with the site requirements
Collaborate with various functions, like HR, Finance and provide timely updates to Head Office in Singapore
Ensure safety and efficient operation at all times
Work in tandem with Mine Operations to conduct mine planning, optimization projects and mine economics modelling
Able to provide leadership to lead Mine Design activities and Mine Services Engineering
Achieving steadystate operations in line with production requirements and targets
Support management on financial and operational issues
Prepares projects technical and financial proposals
Outstanding business development skills to identify and create new business opportunities
High level reporting directly to CEO and part of the senior team to provide directions for the mining business

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering field
810 years operations management experience over mining and minerals processing operations, including experience overseeing safety, sales, quality control
Strong technical knowledge and skillset supporting processing operations
Understanding of project management principals and site operations
Familiarity with financial statements, procedures, budgeting, financial analysis required
Adept at handling matters of the company that requires involvement with the NT government
Strong analytical skills and sound judgement and decisionmaking ability.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Frequent travels to Australia / based in Australia
