Description

This is a new headcount to the Company. This incoming incumbent is expected to work closely with the Management of the Company on the new expansion of the business and manage a team of delicated and hardworking bunch of cybersecurity engineers together with the sales and marketing team.

Role Summary

:

Work closely with the founders in executing the overall strategy of the company.
Accountable for a smooth dayday business operations.
Manage the COE leads to drive the teams to deliver on projects
Develop and enhance operational processes to achieve higher operational efficiency
Replicate the model in the region.
Consulting on business plans, executing the established business model and operational efficiency for the company be able to replicate and scale
Work with Sales to develop partnerships and sales strategy, including opportunities for topline growth and new expansion;
Overseeing daytoday operations of the company and the delivery of various projects by the various centres of excellence.
Collaborate closely with external teams and partners in implementing project performance to timeline and budget. Performance includes P&L and customer satisfaction targets.
Highlight potential breakthroughs in areas of cost improvement or revenue growth during the planning process.
Analyse market, competitor and customer to support the strategic management process.
Implement, review and improve Internal control and processes.
Engage with regulators to review, clarify and implement processes and systems to comply with regulatory requirements including standards compliance.
Attend or host conference events.

Skills and Qualifications

At least 8 years of experience in managing a professional services / Consultancy business or an equivalent startup with background on operations, strategies and finance
Proven experience or a relevant role.
Experience in business development will be a plus.
Has a good attitude, values hard work and is immensely resultsdriven
Has clarity of ideas/proposal, datadriven and analytical.
Understands business strategy and focus on the details.
Aware of cybersecurity markets, competition, and business models.
Proven track record of managing complex budgets successfully.
Outstanding verbal and written skills, and experience working with staff on all levels.
Degree in computer science, equivalent field or professional certifications

Preferred Qualifications
Possess good network and strong knowledge of target markets
