    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Prepare all mise en place as requested accordingly to the restaurant's standard
    • Cooking and service of food according to the restaurant's quality and service standards
    • Prepare ingredients and food items accordingly to recipes
    • Minimise the wastage and spoilage of ingredients and other food items
    • Assist with checking, receiving and storing of goods and maintenance of storage areas
    • Safety and cleanliness of all kitchen and food storage areas
    • Ensuring high levels of kitchen team performance.
    • Creating a harmonious environment amongst all staff within the restaurant
