RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:
The incumbent will be responsible for the following areas but not limited to:
Leasing Business Planning & Control Executive
Leasing Business Performance Review:
- Monthly review of Leasing business performance including credit and collections and
- Proactive Report and proposal reginal lease performance and activities.
- Governance and control of regional leasing deal.
- To facilitate timely reporting for management review.
Support and development for leasing system in new ERP
Lease Governance and control:
- Ensure compliance with regional Leasing, credit and accounting policy
- Provide training and instruction to Opcos member.
- Perform periodic audit on transactions.
ISMS / PIMS Internal Audit:
- Leading ISMS/PIMS Internal Audit as Finance team's PIC
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications, skills and experiences:
- At least 5 year experience in Finance or FP&A
- Degree in Accountancy or business, ACCA
- Good communication skill with team and regional experience is required.
- Experience in finance department and closing and reporting operation.
- Good skill in Ms Excel required and power platform experience is desirable.
- Experience in reviewing lease contract and credit & collections are advantages
- Process improvement skill
- Accounting knowledge
- Basic MS Office Soft (MS word, Excel and Power point) knowledge
- Communication skill
- Data literacies for analysis
