Job Responsibilities

• As an integral part of the finance team, you will be responsible for financial planning and analysis of the operations for the region.
• Accountable to execute assigned standard tasks as listed below proactively and independently.
• Responsible to support the development of top-down planning figures, communicate targets and summarize analysis for approval bodies.
• Conduct budget/forecast content plausibility checks and clarification, assess chances and risks per division.
• Analyze and comment important target/actual deviations relevant for overall group performance and identifying trends
• Prepare and review financial variances between Actual/Budget/Forecast financial results
• Working closely with the different cross functional teams.
• Ad-hoc projects
• Advise and guidance for local country on Corporate guidelines and processes

Job Requirements

• University degree or equivalent in business administration, accounting, economics or related field.
• Considerable work experience in Controlling 5 years (some international experience preferable).
• Highly analytical with strong financial and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast paced environment
• Independent worker and analytical thinker with an ability to conduct data analysis and resolve complex problems
• Attention to detail and the ability to identify data patterns
• Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and team work spirit
