    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities

    • Ensuring that all phones are answered according to the Company script and within three rings.
    • Taking messages for clients as they require via phones, voicemail or written
    • Arranging couriers and taxis, restaurant reservation, hotel accommodation for clients and management team ensuring that the client's company name is given as reference and completing billing slips.
    • Ensuring that all billing (e.g. for teas and coffees) are filled out immediately and accurately in your time sheet.
    • Ensuring all facilities maintenance are updated in correct file
    • Venue bookings for meeting room, V/C and visiting, walk-in clients
    • Monitoring Office supplies stock, and Ordering all stationery on behalf of client when required
    • Other ad-hoc functions

    Requirements

    • Minimum Diploma in relevant field
    • more than 1 year in Receptionist, PA, Secretary or Admin functions
