Description
Responsibilities
- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices timely and accurately.
- Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations timely and accurately.
- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are correctly recorded.
- Assist with reviewing of expenses, contracts and revenue reports.
- Assist with processing of payments as assigned.
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and available immediately when needed.
- Prepare and submit daily key financial reports.
- Assist in quarterly GST preparation and submission, annual auditing, tax and other financial needs as necessary.
- Assist with financial accounting and preparation of financial schedules (General ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets) to close the monthly accounts in a timely manner.
- Be able to handle full set of accounts is preferred.
- Assist with other accounting projects as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/ACCA or its equivalent.
- Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience / No prior experience are welcome to apply
- Able to work in a fastpaced environment.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to details.
- Excellent organizing abilities.
- Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software.
- Independent and proactive team player with the abilities to handle tight deadlines.
