We're on the lookout for a SecOps Lead to join our talented team at NCS!

What we aim to achieve together:

Be knowledgeable about the customer's security framework, including information security policies, processes/procedures, and guidelines.
Develop, implement, and maintain essential security processes/procedures like vulnerability & security patch management process, incident management process, and more.
Ensure compliance with the customer's cybersecurity policies.
Serve as the main point of contact to assist and advise the customer on ICT security related matters.
Lead and support the customer in security incident resolution and response.
Perform activities to ensure the security of customer's data systems and networks, including log analysis and security assessment of customer ICT systems.
Manage/conduct vulnerability assessment and coordinate penetration test activities.
Conduct information security awareness training.
Oversee the SecOps Team within the project to ensure all security programs, tools, and technologies are functioning correctly.

The ideal candidate should have/be:

Minimum 5 years in cybersecurity with a focus on SecOps.
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team within projects.
Solid understanding of security frameworks and standards.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in managing multiple stakeholders preferred.
Ability to clearly present business propositions, ICT solutions, and service information.
Result-oriented with the capability to work independently and under pressure.
A team player with a positive demeanor.
Dynamic and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
