JOB SUMMARY

Singapore Base Safety Officer cum IMS Document controller providing support for the development, maintenance, implementation and continual improvement of the Integrated Management Systems. The candidate is the System Administrator for all QHSE Databases and the Company Intranet also is the person in charge of safety management.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide expertise and direction for all regulatory, industry and Company HSE requirements
• Maintain a robust knowledge and implement changes to ensure compliance with applicable regulations at all times
• Liaise with clients, promoting and maintaining professional relations
• Plan and monitor HSE audits
• Participate in incident investigations
• Thoroughly analyze HSE activities to identify trends and implement improvement plans
• Develop and maintain legislatively compliant Management System
• Represent the Company at relevant industry groups
• Provide document control and revision management for the team.
• You would be tasked with controlling documents.
• This position at times would require completing tasks within a timeframe.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assign from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in related field
• MOM registered workplace safety & health officer (Singapore)
• Certified Fire Safety Manager (FSM) is a must
• Port Facility Security Officer (PFSO) added advantage
• Knowledge of Quality Management
• Strong commitment to safety, risk management and training
• Experience in Quality, Health, Safety and Environment preferred
• Good Computer skills MS Office Visio, Outlook & Database
• Ability to commence in Mandarin to communicate with stakeholders
