Technician & Supervisor (Facilities Management - Singapore - Supersonic

Description

• Recognized technical certificates in Mechanical & Electrical, Building Services, Facilities Technology ACMV, or its equivalent. Those with stronger experience will be considered for a supervisory role
• Possess technical knowledge in chillers, ACMV equipment, switchboard, generators and experience in BMS and BAS
• Positive attitude, good interpersonal & customercentric skills
• Shift work may be required
• Those without relevant experience but keen to pursue a career in Facilities Mgmt and/or ACMV may be eligible to pursue studies under companysponsored ITE traineeship programme in "Facility Technology (Mechanical & Electrical Services)".

• Perform daily operational activities which includes attending to customers' enquiries, needs and complaints
• Perform preventive and breakdown technical support and maintenance for mechanical/electrical services, ACMV systems, chiller and electrical control
• Coordinate and supervise contractors/vendors' work and documentation
