    Roles & Responsibilities

    We are representing our client (A Technology Service Provider) to look for an experienced CRM Project Manager to complement their team. This role involves managing the project schedules, requirement compliance and the management of business stakeholders.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead end-to-end CRM project implementation and enhancement(s).
    • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with business users and stakeholders.
    • Lead activities that include requirements gathering, milestone planning, configuration and testing.
    • Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards, maintain requirements traceability matrix.
    • Translate business issues or user requirements into information systems and information management solutions.
    • Work with the sales & marketing and product team to communicate capability road-maps and delivery strategies for business solutions and technology
    • Manage & drive continuous improvement of the CRM platform, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-sell to existing customers.
    • Manage external vendors, ensuring adherence to SLA and delivery schedule.
    • Set and manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
    • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
    • Plan, schedule and track project timelines and milestones, deliver the project on budget.
    • Stay updated and evaluate the latest CRM technology platform into viable IT Digital implementation to increase productivity for the business.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 5 years of experience leading CRM applications and/or platforms in project management and business analysis capacity.
    • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms in a system integrator environment. (preferred: Microsoft Dynamics, on commercial cloud/ hybrid cloud)
    • Hands-on project management, must be able to execute the entire project lifecycle from concept to deployment.
    • experience working on engagements with offshore delivery partners is preferred.
    • Strong communication skills and articulation of messaging to the customer as well as internal stakeholders.
    • Ability to multi-task and adapt to new situations while maintaining good standards of service delivery.
