Job Scope:

• Lead Development and Deployment: Oversee the development and deployment of spring microservices in an AWS environment, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
• Architectural Design: Design and implement robust microservices architectures, considering scalability, maintainability, and security.
• AWS Infrastructure Management: Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure for microservices, including services like EC2, S3, RDS, and ECS.
• CI/CD Pipeline Development: Develop and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines, ensuring smooth and automated workflows.
• Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews and ensure the maintenance of high standards in code quality and application performance.
• Team Leadership and Mentoring: Lead a team of developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support in technical challenges.
• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to align the microservices development with business objectives.
• Performance Tuning: Monitor application performance and conduct regular tuning exercises to optimize system efficiency.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system architecture, development processes, and deployment procedures.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading microservices development projects.
• Solid expertise in SpringBoot and Spring Cloud frameworks.
• Proficient in AWS services and managing cloud-based infrastructure.
• Experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with database technologies (both SQL and NoSQL).
• Excellent coding skills in Java and familiarity with other programming technologies.
• Holds AWS Certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) is desirable.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Passion for staying updated with the latest technological trends and advancements.
• Good problem solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
