Counselling Program Executive

Monday - Friday office hours

Scope:

•Provide triage and referral support for MCP (Mandatory Counselling Programme) cases which includes:

•Administer assessment tool (Violence Risk Triage) to ascertain risk level

•Right site and refer cases to MCP agencies for intervention

•Provide consultation to MCP agencies such as the Family Service Centres, Protection Specialist Centres, Social Service Agencies

•Respond to enquiries and feedback on MCP

•Undertake administrative closure of MCP cases on data system (i.e. Enterprise Customer Relationship Management)

•Participate in reviews and operational processes to improved effectiveness and efficiency of program delivery

Requirements:

•Singaporean

•Degree in relevant field

•1 year of admin and intervention or customer service experience
