Responsibilities

  • Assist in keying invoice billing details into IPR system
  • Arrangement of crew ashore
  • Arranging and coordination between crew and clinic for medical appointment
  • PPE update stock availability
  • Preparation of crew employment contract
  • Crew Transfer Applications (for new vessel)
  • Keeping track of personnel preparation for next appointments.
  • Verification and monitoring expiry date of certificate/ qualifications/ documentation
  • Keep and updated Records of qualifications, training and experience of sea staff.
  • Ensure the officers and ratings are suitably certificated, licensed and have valid work permits.
  • Ensuring that the ships are manned in accordance with regulations and that ships' crew are suitably trained and experienced to STCW requirements.
  • Vessel Safe Manning
  • Flight arrangement for Sign on/off crew
  • Any other task as assigned by Crewing Manager

  • Energetic, resilient and resourceful, with an ability to work accurately under pressure

Requirement

  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience, preferably in Marine Industry
  • With tanker or bunkering company knowledge preferred
  • Multilingual would be an advantage
  • Meticulous, proactive with positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to work well with others in a fastpaced working environment
  • Able to work independently and as a team
  • Knowledge of Mandatory STCW certifications, Seafarers' employment, MLC and Flag State requirement
