Responsibilities
- Perform service bookings for Aftersales customers
- Answer phone call enquiries
- Provide administrative support to the department
- Any other tasks assigned by your superior
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level with 2 years of relevant experience
- Independent individual who is able to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Customer serviceoriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work on Saturday
