Overview:

Lead the development of AI across both LLM and Search. Pushing the state-of-the-art in what is capable for LLMs and Search.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the research and development efforts in AI technologies, with a focus on advancing Language Models (LLMs) and Search capabilities.
• Design and implement innovative algorithms, models, and techniques to enhance the performance and functionality of LLMs and Search systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to translate research findings into practical solutions.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements and trends in AI research, and integrate cutting-edge methodologies into development projects.

Deliverables:

• Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Proven experience in conducting research and development in AI, with a focus on Language Models (LLMs) and Search technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conceptualize and implement novel solutions to complex AI challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Architect and build data pipelines for training, fine-tuning, and evaluating LLMs.
• Optimize LLM inference for speed and quality.
• Augment and manage the core infrastructure of LLMs and the surrounding model management and orchestration.
