    About the Company

    Our Client is a global leader in enterprise asset management technology, delivering impactful analytics solutions for a wide range of industries.

    Responsibilities

    We're looking for a driven innovative Regional Client Director to lead a geographically-distributed team of consultants and developers, and drive success in projects from implementation, delivery to support.

    • Lead efforts and provide strong consulting expertise for critical large-scale regional projects;
    • Plan, schedule and coordinate project activities for clients in the region;
    • Oversee and set the tone for client success in all regional projects;
    • Manage client relationships are nurtured and well maintained;
    • Ensure successful project delivery, client satisfaction and success;
    • Collaborate with practice leads for resource management and manage client engagement ;
    • Lead, mentor and build a high-performing regional team, while ensuring that the approach is aligned withcompany culture and strategy;
    • Forecast and grow teams according to client needs;
    • Support pre-sales activities to achieve business objectives;
    • Conduct performance reviews and nurture team members for their growth and success;
    • Report to global teams on client updates and ensure that services create strong client value.

    Requirements

    • Tertiary education in engineering, computer science or a relevant discipline;
    • Experience in software delivery and deployment, preferably serving a similar industry;
    • Experience in client relationship management;
    • Business acumen and understanding of large-scale enterprise and public sector business;
    • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a geographically-distributed team;
    • Ability to identify opportunities in an evolving business environment;
    • Ability to learn quickly and adopt new and innovative ideas to create value;
    • Excellent communication skills, towards clients, partners and other stakeholders.

    Employment Details

    • Regional travel may be required;
    • Hybrid / remote work based in offices in Asia Pacific region.
