KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

. To assist in the store's daily operations

. To supervise staff on work performance and handle staff related issues

. To attend to customers' enquiry and product requests

. To handling customer feedback on products and services

. To provide guidance and advise to staff on customer related issues

. To be responsible of store's cleanliness and ensure replenishment of products is in place

. To up-sell promotional products and/or new products launched by the company

. To assist in admin duties in the store (roster planning, Inter store transfer, etc)

. Assist Store-in-charge in day-to-day operations and any other ad hoc duties

REQUIREMENTS

. Minimum 'O' and below and 3 years of experience in the same capacity within the retail environment

. Passionate in retail, customer service orientated, sales driven and enthusiastic in promoting sustainable development to reducing plastic consumption

. Able to commit retail operation hours

Able to commit on weekends, public holidays and overtime as and when required
