Primary Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all aspects of leading and developing multiple outlets.
  • Drive for productivity and continuous improvement through the technology and market trend
  • Develop logistics strategy and supply chains for different outlets
  • Source the best ingredients and arrange delivery to different outlets effectively and efficiently
  • Ensure the quality and freshness of food
  • To be able to modify the menu for an everevolving market
  • Maintain kitchen equipment purchase and care
  • To solve cooking and logistics problems fast

Requirements:


  • Minimum 12year experience in the F&B industry
  • Minimum 1year experience in the logistics
  • Rich handson experience in the commercial kitchen cooking
  • Knowledge and experience in equipment purchases and repairs
  • Experience in the logistics and supply chain industry
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
  • Keep up with cooking trends and best practices
  • Willing to work on public holidays and weekends
