Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for all aspects of leading and developing multiple outlets.
- Drive for productivity and continuous improvement through the technology and market trend
- Develop logistics strategy and supply chains for different outlets
- Source the best ingredients and arrange delivery to different outlets effectively and efficiently
- Ensure the quality and freshness of food
- To be able to modify the menu for an everevolving market
- Maintain kitchen equipment purchase and care
- To solve cooking and logistics problems fast
Requirements:
- Minimum 12year experience in the F&B industry
- Minimum 1year experience in the logistics
- Rich handson experience in the commercial kitchen cooking
- Knowledge and experience in equipment purchases and repairs
- Experience in the logistics and supply chain industry
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
- Keep up with cooking trends and best practices
- Willing to work on public holidays and weekends
