About the job

• Implementing and execute credit control strategies
• Rectify discrepancies in account statements and payments to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain positive relationships with brokers and clients, oversee timely payments, and address delays promptly.
• Generate credit control reports based on Manager's parameters.
• Keep records of credit activities, minimise late payments, and negotiate payment plans.
• Produce regular reports on accounts receivable, collections, and credit risk.

Skills and experience required

• At least 3-5 years in a credit control role, ideally in the insurance industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
• In order to succeed, you should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills
• You should be meticulous, deadline-oriented, and be a team player
